I enjoy helping companies and investors to succeed.  I do this by aligning goals, developing plans and implementing solutions.  My skill set is EAGR -

• Evaluate current work methods, goals and staff
• Appraise what is working well and what can use improvement
• Guide company management on changes that can improve output and better meet goals
• Restructure staff, products, marketing and sales activities to optimize revenue
